This includes integration testing and the development of realistic operational testing procedures which generate recommendations for corrections and improvement. Subject matter experts are employed for the purpose of ensuring final acceptance of a product which meets or exceeds both design requirements and user expectations.

SDS International offers the services of analysts responsible for the management and supervision of complete logistics projects or studies of broad scope and complexity. To develop plans, policies and procedures to execute all contracted logistics activities, and directs logistics related activities. To analyze areas of concern and present feasible alternatives and recommendations based on thorough research and analyses. To perform simple routine work under close supervision or from detailed procedures.  Work is checked in progress or on completion.

Under this agreement, SDS International provides the information technology services offered under GS-00F-0077M to Electronic Systems Center (ESC) system acquisition programs and development planning projects during all phases of the acquisition cycle under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). These services will be provided when ordered by an authorized Ordering Contracting Officer. This BPA encompasses support for geographically separated units and operation locations worldwide.
